My husband is experiencing problems with his Mahola app. Eventually when we got to the screen to scan invoices, it just stayed on the “loading invoice” status.
Just for information and interest, I went to read up on the Mahola App on Hello Peter. All the posts I read (which was 15 of them), experienced the same issues with the app as we have in the past for example ( trying to redeem) and it does not allow you to. we got a msg that some of the invoices we loaded are not valid… how is that even possible, and also no customer service department.
one review I read on Hello Peter read that their account was blocked when they tried to lodge a complaint with the customer care department.
should we just delete the app, is it a scam?
    your opinion please.
